In this Privacy Policy (“Policy”), we describe how Monster Lead Group (“Monster,” “we,” “us,” or “our”)[A2]  collects, uses, and discloses information that we obtain about visitors to our website www.monsterleadgroup.com (the “Site”), other digital or online properties that link to this Privacy Policy, our marketing activities, live events and other services described in this Privacy Policy(collectively, the “Services”).

This Privacy Policy does not apply to information that we process on behalf of our business customers (such as businesses and other organizations) while providing our platform to them.  Our use of information that we process on behalf of our business customers may be governed by our agreements with such customers.  If you have concerns regarding your personal information that we process on behalf of a business customer, please direct your concerns to that enterprise customer.

Our website, products and services are designed for enterprise customers and their representatives.  We do not offer products or services for use by individuals for their personal, family or household purposes.  Accordingly, we treat all personal information we collect as pertaining to individuals in their capacities as representatives of the relevant enterprise and not their individual capacities.

The Information We Collect About You

We may collect the following information about you directly from you or from third parties:

• Contact data, such as your name, email address phone number, professional title and company name, and billing address;
• Account data, such as the username and password that you set to establish an account on the Service.

We have no control over how any third party, except for our service providers, uses or discloses the personal information it collects about you.

Information We Collect Automatically. We automatically collect information about your use of our Services through cookies, web beacons, and other technologies. We may combine this information with other information we collect about you. Please see the section “Cookies and Other Tracking Mechanisms” below for more information.

Cookies and Other Tracking Mechanisms

We and our third party service providers [A5] use cookies and other tracking mechanisms to track information about your use of our Site or Services. We may combine this information with other personal information we collect from you (and our third party service providers may do so on our behalf).

Clear GIFs and pixel tags, which are used to demonstrate that a webpage or email was accessed or opened, or that certain content was viewed or clicked.

Third Party Analytics. We use automated devices and applications, such as Google Analytics, to evaluate usage of our Site. We also may use other analytic means to evaluate our Services. We use these tools to help us improve our Services, performance and user experiences. These entities may use cookies and other tracking technologies to perform their services.

Do Not Track. Currently, our systems do not recognize browser “do-not-track” requests. You may, however, disable certain tracking as discussed in this section (e.g., by disabling cookies); you also may opt-out of targeted advertising by following the instructions in the Third Party Ad Network section. We use third parties such as network advertisers to serve advertisements on our Site and on third-party websites or other media (e.g., social networking platforms). This enables us and these third parties to target advertisements to you for products and services in which you might be interested. Users in the United States may opt out of certain third-party ad networks. You may also go to the Network Advertising Initiative (“NAI”) Consumer Opt-Out Page for information about opting out of interest-based advertising and their choices regarding having information used by NAI members.

Opting out from one or more companies listed on the DAA Consumer Choice Page or the NAI Consumer Opt-Out Page will opt you out from those companies’ delivery of interest-based content or ads to you, but it does not mean you will no longer receive any advertising through our Site or on other websites. You may continue to receive advertisements, for example, based on the particular website that you are viewing (i.e., contextually based ads). Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for us to process opt-out requests. If we learn that we have collected personal information through the Service from a child without the consent of the child’s parent or guardian as required by law, we will comply with applicable legal requirements to delete the information..
